Jessica Roe
Jessica’s practice focuses on employment advice, employment and commercial litigation and labor law. In the employment arena, she provides strategic advice regarding the establishment of employment policies and procedures and counsels clients on the creation, maintenance and termination of employment relationships, investigations and managing all aspects of the employment relationship. When the employment relationship must end, she assists clients in understanding their obligations with respect to issues such as severance, state and federal employment statutes, and non-competition agreements. If matters cannot be resolved, she is highly experienced in representing clients in federal or state courts across the country on employment and complex civil and commercial disputes. In the labor arena, Jessica has represented companies with the NLRB, labor disputes, arbitrations and contract negotiations.
Jessica is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialist. She also is a certified mediator and arbitrator for resolutions outside the court system. Jessica speaks extensively on employment law and litigation topics and leads multiple seminars each year.
Alex Rubenstein
Alex is a seasoned civil litigator with a strong background in employment and business litigation. At Roe Law Group, Alex defends clients of all sizes against employment discrimination and retaliation claims. He also handles matters involving unfair competition issues, such as enforceability of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets. In addition, Alex leans on his litigation experience to help employers identify and resolve potential issues before those issues lead to a lawsuit.
Alex earned his law degree magna cum laude from Rutgers School of Law – Camden (now Rutgers Law School) in Camden, New Jersey. As a law student he served as Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal, was a legal writing teaching assistant, and participated in the Rutgers Civil Immigration Clinic. Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
Away from the office Alex enjoys spending time with his family, baking, and biking.
Tommy Feichtinger
Tommy represents employers and businesses in a broad range of disputes and provides strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex legal issues, mitigate risk, and achieve efficient, results-driven outcomes. He works closely with clients to evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and position cases for resolution – whether through negotiation, motion practice, or trial. During his years as a Certified Student Attorney, he regularly appeared in Minnesota District Courts, representing clients in arraignments, motion hearings, and other contested proceedings. Before entering the legal profession, Tommy held business and consulting roles focused on client advising, project management, and strategic problem-solving. He leverages this experience to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions and to partner with clients to strengthen internal policies and employee relationships before they become legal issues.
Tommy earned his law degree cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, completing the part-time evening program while working full-time at a criminal defense law firm in Minneapolis, MN. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from St. John’s University.
Outside of his practice, Tommy enjoys running, camping, and spending time with his dog, Lenny.
